Premium Craft Cider, Made Where the Apples Grow
Tony’s Craft Cider Company is a small-batch cidery based in Coldstream, British Columbia, in the heart of the Okanagan. We produce premium craft cider using fresh local apples, traditional fermentation methods, and a careful, hands-on approach from start to finish.
We’re farmers first. Our apples are pressed on the farm, fermented with minimal intervention, and bottled right where they’re grown. By taking a deliberate, focused approach, we let the apples shape the cider and bring out their natural flavour.

It Starts with the Apples
Our cider begins in the orchard, using apples grown on our own farm. We choose fruit for flavour and balance because great cider starts long before fermentation.
Small Batches, Thoughtfully Made
We avoid unnecessary processing and over-refinement, allowing the natural apple flavours to come through in every cider.
No Added Sulphites
We don’t add sulphites during production. As with any fermented cider, naturally occurring sulphites are still present, but no additional sulphites are introduced.
Bottled Right Here
Every cider is pressed, fermented, and bottled on our Coldstream farm. Keeping production in-house allows us to maintain full control over quality from start to finish.
