Our classic hard ciders are all about our apples and the way they naturally express themselves through fermentation. Each one is made in small batches at our Coldstream cidery, using freshly pressed apples and a hands-on process that keeps intervention to a minimum.
From crisp and dry to tart and sweet, each cider is made with a focus on balance and real apple character. This is Okanagan apple cider at its best.
From Orchard to Bottle, All on the Farm
Every hard cider we make starts with apples grown on our Coldstream farm. Once harvested, the fruit is pressed on site, and the juice is moved straight into fermentation, allowing us to work with it while it’s fresh and full of character.
Fermentation is handled in small batches, interventions are kept to a minimum, and each batch is monitored during development. This slower, more attentive approach gives the apples time to express themselves naturally, and retains full flavour with minimal fine filtering.
By staying hands-on from pressing through bottling, we maintain consistency and quality in every release. The result is craft apple cider that reflects the fruit it’s made from.

These are the seven classic hard ciders we produce as part of our year-round lineup. Each has its own profile, from clean and straightforward to more expressive blends.
O.G. Dry
A classic dry apple cider with a crisp and slightly tart finish.
OG Dry is a dry apple hard cider made from a blend of modern apple varietals. It is crisp and slightly tart, with a clean finish and very little residual sweetness. Aged before bottling, this is the driest cider in the lineup. At 8% ABV, it is a true dry apple cider for those who prefer a clean, no-nonsense finish.

Ginger
An off-dry spiced apple cider aged with real ginger for a subtle spice.
Ginger is an off-dry hard cider made from a blend of modern apple varietals and aged to develop a smooth, balanced character. Infused with real ginger, it delivers a gentle warmth and subtle spice that complements the natural apple flavour. At 7% ABV, this cider offers a refined, well-rounded drinking experience.

Dry Chai
An apple cider infused with warming spices like cardamom and clove.
Dry Chai is an off-dry hard cider made from a blend of modern apple varietals and warm spices. Infused with cardamom and clove, it has a lightly spiced character that complements the flavour of our home-grown apples, without adding sweetness. At 8% ABV, it is structured and well-balanced, with a clean, dry finish.

Pekoe
A semi-sweet cider infused with black tea and lemon for a clean and refreshing finish.
Pekoe is a semi-sweet hard cider made from a blend of modern apple varietals and infused with black tea and lemon. The tea adds gentle tannin and body, while the lemon brings a light citrus note that keeps the cider fresh and balanced. At 5% ABV, it is light and refreshing.

Bippity Bop
A semi-sweet apple cider with a touch of sweetness and soft cinnamon notes.
Bippity Bop is a semi-sweet apple hard cider made from a blend of modern apple varietals with light notes of cinnamon. The spice is subtle and warming, adding depth without overpowering the apple character. It has a fuller body and a smooth finish, making it easy to drink without compromising on flavour.

Cherry Bomb is a bold, tart hard cider crafted from a blend of modern apple varietals and real cherries, grown on our farm. Infused with real cherries, Cherry Bomb has a tart, sour profile balanced by natural fruit character. At 7% ABV, this cider offers a full-flavoured experience.

Berry Bliss

Seasonal & Limited Releases
Alongside our core lineup, we occasionally release limited-run and seasonal ciders that explore different infusions, blends, or techniques. These limited releases are produced in smaller quantities and are only available while supplies last.
